REFUND AND WARRANTY POLICY 

I.                   RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

  • We do not accept Cancellations, Refunds, Exchanges, or Returns on billiard tips once the product has been shipped and received. Please ensure that you are selecting the correct product before completing your purchase.

II.                 30-DAY DELAMINATION WARRANTY

  • Our warranty policy also covers delamination within 30 days from the date of purchase. In such cases, we will provide a replacement, but the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees.

 

III.               DEFECTIVE PRODUCT REPLACEMENT

  • We ensure that all products are thoroughly inspected before shipping. However, if you find that the billiard tip is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product
  • Replacement Process:

-          To facilitate a smooth replacement process, we kindly request that you contact our customer service team immediately at cs@timebilliards.com, provide clear photos or a detailed description of the defect when contacting us.

-          Once the defect is confirmed, we will assess the issue and provide a free replacement for any manufacturing defects.
